Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of petro.pk, a product of Margin AI (Private) Limited (“Margin AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using petro.pk, you agree to these Terms.

If you use petro.pk on behalf of a petrol pump, company, partnership, or other business, you confirm that you have authority to use the service on its behalf.

petro.pk provides software tools designed to help petrol pump owners and operators manage their business and operational records.

Features may include sales records, supplier khatas, customer credit and udhaar, payments, expenses, cashbook records, fuel products and prices, meter readings, reports, profit calculations, and other petrol pump management features.

petro.pk is an evolving product. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the platform develops.

You must provide accurate information when creating or setting up an account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Activities performed through your account
• Controlling which staff or other persons can access your account
• Informing us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

You must not impersonate another person or business or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.

You retain ownership of the business information and records you enter or upload to petro.pk.

You allow Margin AI to host, process, calculate, display, back up, and otherwise handle this information as reasonably necessary to operate petro.pk and provide its features.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information entered into your account.

petro.pk may calculate sales, balances, expenses, profits, outstanding amounts, meter readings, reports, and other business information using data entered by users or processed through the platform.

These calculations are intended to assist with business management.

Users remain responsible for verifying important financial, accounting, inventory, tax, payment, and operational information before relying on it.

petro.pk is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Certain petro.pk features may use automated systems to read meter photographs, extract information, or assist with calculations.

Automated outputs may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete.

Users should verify automatically extracted meter readings and other important information before confirming or relying on them.

petro.pk may provide information or insights relating to fuel prices, price revisions, inventory timing, margins, or other business decisions.

Such information is provided for informational and operational assistance only.

We do not guarantee future fuel prices, government or OGRA decisions, profits, savings, or financial outcomes.

Users remain responsible for their purchasing, inventory, pricing, and other business decisions.

You agree not to:

• Access another user's account or data without authorization
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Intentionally interfere with the operation of petro.pk
• Use petro.pk for unlawful activities
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or improperly exploit the service
• Upload information that you do not have the right to use

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, our users, or third parties.

petro.pk may offer early access, trials, free features, or paid plans.

Any applicable pricing, billing period, and included features will be communicated before a paid service is activated.

We may change our plans or pricing as petro.pk develops. Where appropriate, existing paid users will be informed of changes affecting them.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that petro.pk will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party service failures, security requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

petro.pk may rely on or integrate with third-party services, infrastructure, communication platforms, APIs, or data providers.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or actions of independent third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

The petro.pk name, software, platform, interface, branding, designs, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Margin AI (Private) Limited, except for information owned by users or third parties.

Using petro.pk does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving violation of these Terms, security risks, fraudulent or unlawful activity, abuse of the platform, failure to pay applicable fees, or conduct that may harm petro.pk, Margin AI, users, or third parties.

You may stop using petro.pk at any time.

You may contact us regarding account closure and applicable data requests.

petro.pk is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While we aim to provide accurate and reliable functionality, we do not guarantee that every calculation, report, automated reading, third-party data point, or insight will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

Users should maintain appropriate business controls and verify important information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Margin AI (Private) Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of or inability to use petro.pk, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our handling of personal information is described in the petro.pk Privacy Policy.

By using petro.pk, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in that policy.

We may update these Terms as petro.pk develops or as legal, operational, or commercial requirements change.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised Last Updated date.

Where appropriate, we may notify users of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of petro.pk will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
